Other Information:
Registration: The early bird registration cut off is Friday, July 10, 2009. Any registrations received after July 24, 2009 will be considered on-site and you will need to check in at the onsite registration desk at the conference. On-site registrants must provide a school check, personal check or credit card at the time of registration.
If paying by PO or check, each attendee can register on their own and select the pay by PO or check option and turn their print out in to their school office. A print out must be included with each PO or check payment in order to ensure accurate processing. Any PO or check received without any supporting documents is subject to being returned to sender.
Credit card payment is also an option thru the online registration.
If a refund request is received on or before July 24, 2009, a refund will be made minus a $50 processing fee. After July 24, 2009 no refunds will be granted.
Hotel: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, at a rate of $99 for single occupancy, $109 for double occupancy and $119 for triple and quadruple. These rooms will be available until 5:00 July 2, 2009. Reservations can be made by calling (316) 293-1966, 800-233-1234 or online at www.hyatt.com. Exhibits
Exhibits will be open on Monday, August 3 from 7 am until 2 pm. Registration and lunch will be held in the exhibit area.

Course Description:
This class will explore related occupational or professional experiences in approved industry, school, cooperative extension service, or similar agency setting under faculty supervision. This is an optional credit class for participants at the 2009 K-ACTE conference held in Wichita, August 3 – 5. The course runs from August 3 to August 18. This course is available for 1 – 3 Undergraduate Credit(s) or 1 – 3 Graduate Credit(s). Students can enroll from March 23 – August 3, 2009 via the KSU Division of Continuing Education website: https://eis.dce.ksu.edu
Those interested in KSU credit are required to enroll in the course prior to attending the conference.
